I filled out a contact form on your website, but have not received a response! Are you ignoring me?

-- I always respond to inquiries via the email you provide! Please check your spam folder if you do not receive a response from me within 48 hrs.

What forms of payment are accepted?

-- Afterpay, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Apple Pay & Cash. 

Can I bring my kids to my appointment?

-- My salon suite is comfy for two, but three is definitely cramped! Best to leave wiggly toddlers & kiddos at home :) Parents with babies are welcome to bring them to appointments if absolutely necessary.

What is your Cancellation policy?

-- You must cancel your appointment at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. The cancellation fee is 50% of the estimated total cost of your scheduled appointment. An invoice for that amount will be sent to you and must be paid before rescheduling any future appointment.

I am a new client. Why do I have to pay a $100 deposit to book an appointment?

--  Within 48hrs of a scheduled appointment, I have already made an investment in product & time. Cancellations made within that 48hr window ensures that I have taken a loss. In order to protect my business, I must have a policy in place that will at least cover the cost of product purchased. This policy also doubles as a vetting process for new clients. If you are willing to deposit $100 toward your appointment, then you're more than likely willing to actually show up! :)

What is your No-Show policy?

-- If you no message, no show, you will be invoiced the total amount of your estimated appointment cost and that amount must be paid before rescheduling any future appointments.

What is your Re-Do Policy?

-- If you are having challenges with your cut or color, let me know within 7 days of your visit and I'll be happy to correct any issues! 

Is there a phone number I can call in case of emergencies?

-- I do not have a salon phone. The best way to contact me is via email at I always monitor my email & respond quickly.

Do you have a referral program?

-- Yes! If you refer someone to me, I will apply a referral discount to your next appointment :)

What is your favorite color?

-- Thanks for asking! My favorite color is GREEN.
